An beautiful spider I spotted in my bidet. After allowing her to pose for this shot, I carefully lifted her out and put her in the garden. I love spiders. They are my second favourite creature after pig and before snake.

I am fit as a fiddle and have a metabolism that burns off the calories, which is very annoying to people who "only need to look at a cake shop's Companies House documentation" to pile on the pounds like a massive balloon, ie women.
